Students’ Enthusiasm to Meet Their Academic Supervisors

The atmosphere on campus today feels more vibrant than usual. Since early morning, enthusiastic students have been queuing up, filling the consultation rooms to meet face-to-face with their respective academic supervisors. This scene is more than just an academic routine; it is a reflection of the students’ high dedication to completing their final projects as a prerequisite for graduation.

The interactions taking place at each discussion table demonstrate profound seriousness. Students are not merely there to report on their progress but are actively engaging in discussions regarding technical challenges encountered in the field, particularly those related to the heavy equipment systems that are the focus of their research. The synergy built between students and supervisors serves as the key to dissecting problems and finding applicable solutions.

Observing this high level of enthusiasm, the Head of the Heavy Equipment Engineering Study Program, Mr. Agus Harlian, M.M.Inov, expressed his appreciation for the spirit shown by the students. He stated that success in a final project is determined not only by technical intelligence but also by the perseverance in collaboration.

“The final project is a testament to one’s competence. I see extraordinary enthusiasm today, and that is a crucial asset. The key is open communication with your supervisors; do not hesitate to discuss, because that is how a deep understanding of every technical issue will be formed,” said Mr. Agus Harlian, speaking with full support.

The students’ commitment to completing these final projects reflects their readiness to enter the professional world. With the full support of the faculty, it is hoped that all students will be able to complete their final projects with optimal results and be prepared to bring the values and competencies learned at AKOM into the real heavy equipment industry.
